The hotel has some positives like the lazy river and indoor Florida rooms, but cleanliness was an issue as we found a blood-stained pillow. The lack of a refrigerator was disappointing considering it's a Hilton hotel.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit dirty with water bottles under the bed. The courtyard view was nice, especially during the evening event. The confusion about my reservation was a downside, but the service was friendly overall.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to Disney World and within Orlando. The rooms were very quiet despite the distance from the lobby. However, the presence of a BBQ smoke smell until evening was off-putting. The lush surroundings and well-maintained grounds make it a pleasant stay, but the additional fees for parking and amenities can be inconvenient.
